These monoprints were made during a print making residency and were an experiment in expanded and visual approaches to text and writing. Working with the printing press to make new compositions and smuggling text and words into seemingly abstract works. Names, letters or parts of words are hidden in these images. They were made using pom-poms, balloons, card, plastic, tinsel, string, netting and myraid other found things that I could squeeze safely through the press.
